EnglishGo.AI is an independent digital learning service operated by an individual seller. Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we process
- Account information such as email address, account ID, verification status, and sign-in method.
- Profile information such as nickname, avatar, language, and public-visibility choices.
- Learning information such as final completion records, progress summaries, scores, and ranking settings. We do not intentionally store every click, each wrong answer, or every recording as a permanent learning record.
- Membership information such as access status, start and end dates, and the source of an entitlement.
- Support messages and limited technical or security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Public learning profile
The learning ranking and learning card may be public by default, as clearly stated in the account interface. You can turn off ranking and learning-card visibility in your account. Public views do not include your email address, login credentials, payment information, raw answers, or recordings.

排行榜和学习卡可能按照账户页面的明确说明默认公开，您可以在账户中关闭。公开页面不会显示邮箱、登录凭据、付款信息、原始答案或录音。
4. Payments and service providers
When online checkout becomes available, Paddle will process payment details as merchant of record. EnglishGo.AI expects to receive limited transaction information such as customer or transaction identifiers, payment status, plan, amount, currency, refund status, and subscription period—not complete card details. We also use infrastructure, email, speech-processing, storage, and security providers where needed to deliver the service.
4. 付款和服务提供商
在线下单开放后，付款资料将由记录商家 Paddle 处理。EnglishGo.AI预计只接收客户或交易编号、付款状态、套餐、金额、币种、退款状态和订阅周期等有限资料，不接收完整银行卡信息。我们也会按提供服务所需使用基础设施、邮件、语音处理、存储和安全服务商。
5. Why and how long we use information
We use information to create accounts, provide learning and membership access, save progress, prevent abuse, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, dispute and transaction records, security, or applicable law.

6. Your choices and requests
You can change public-learning settings in your account. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained after account closure.
